How to Request a Return or Cancellation
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item, without giving a reason.
To submit a request:
- Email us at contact@storvialis.com with the subject line "Return/Cancellation Request".
- Include your order number and the reason for your request (optional).
- We will confirm receipt of your request and process it within 14 days.
Important note for digital products:
For digital downloads, the right of withdrawal may not apply once you have started downloading or streaming the content, provided you gave prior consent and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right at the time of purchase.
